8 steps to complete in puppy-parenting!

We tend to do our best when it comes to puppy parenting. All we want to do is train our little puppies in the best way possible. Well sometimes we mess everything up because we tend to send the wrong signals to our little puppies . In this article I will show you 8 steps to avoid when puppy parenting. If you want to be a good parent to your puppy then try to follow these easy steps:

#1- Don’t pay attention to your dog while he/she is barking. If you try to calm them, or make them stop will only make them worse.

#2- Use bribery: If your dogs only pays attention to you when you are going to reward them, then use this as a trick to draw their attention when you try to train them! Remember not to always treat your dogs because they will only listen to you in order to get the reward.

#3- Chewing: Remember that dogs don’t like to chew things, they NEED to chew. If you want to save yourself your furniture, and shoes, then buy your dog chewing toys.

#4- Come here: Your dogs will come to you whenever they feel sure that they are getting something in return. Call your dogs but make sure to give them a belly rub, or a nice walk or something that looks like a reward.

#5- Go to your room: Don’t use this phase as a punishment. Make your dogs comfortable with the “room” word. You can feed them in their room, or give them entertaining toys so they like their room.

#6- Jump around: Don’t allow your dogs to jump into other people. It is not polite from your dog to get too familiar with the others.

#7- Practice loose-leash walks: Teach your dogs how to behave properly by giving them a space to express themselves.

#8- Play with your dogs: Keep your dogs busy as much as you can. Remember your dogs will feel complete, and there will not be room for unpleasant hose surprises.
