This Terrier mix was left outside a shopping mall in the middle of December by his family. At that time he was 14 years old.
Being a senior dog, plus having bad health there are not many people out there that would adopt the poor thing. He spend quite a while in an animal shelter where he was taken after the animal control officers had found him.
He was so lonely and afraid in there that even when someone did tried to touch and come near him he would immediately flinch. A kind woman, the founder of Agape Fosters, had a whole network site dedicated to animal rescue stepped in and got busy trying to find this sweet senior terrier a happy home.
Lucky after a bit she got a response from another coworker of her’s that was willing to adopt the dog. All it took to win his heart was picking him up and giving him a burger. From that moment he does not leave her new adoptive mummy site.
Although he found a happy and loving home, due to his age he had other things coming on his way. Like a heart murmur, they had to pull out some of his teeth as well. And after two years he suffered from glaucoma which cause him his sight.
Any of this stopped his new mummy to take care and love him with all her heart. She said that he is has grown to be a very confident old doggy.
And he has great friends rescued just like him as well.
The favorite moment is when this old and blind dog crawls to the bed and peacefully falls asleep in her legs.
