It happens very often to hear sad stories like this one. People are irresponsible with their pets, and abandon them very often. The way these dogs are treated, or left alone leave their physical and psychological health in a very bad situation. The story you will read is about a pit-bull found by two boys in Michigan, USA.
It all started one day when Tyler Price and his cousin were taking a walk near his home in Michigan. During their walk they came upon something unexpectedly. They ran into a hole, and started looking underneath. There they saw a starving and terrified pit-bull. They were shocked from what they saw.
The first thing these two boy, was to call an Animal Rescue team. They came quickly, and did not hesitate to help the poor animal that was suffering from dehydration, and starvation. The abandoned pit-bull whom they called Mars was taken to the Vet, where they found out that he had heart worms.
She was very skinny, looked terrified, and didn’t move. Of course she was abandoned by her family, and was alone now in a big scary world. Luckily the Animal Rescue took good care of her. She was medicated, and has fully recovered now!
A foster family is taking care of her now until she finds her forever family. She looks healthy, happy, and all shiny. God did not forget about her, and life gave her a second chance. I absolutely believe she is grateful for the new opportunity given to her!
