The little chihuahua in the video had several medical problems with his front legs and more importantly a broken jaw.
As Dr.Matt explains in the video his right front leg is atrophied, unable to bare weight on it but the left front one he used to help with the balance.
Using anesthesia the vet addressed the fractured jaw first be wiring it using Crest’s teeth as stabilizers. Then he tried splinting the puppies left front limp.
After several months the leg did not made much progress, but he does use it more than he used to. The injuries were pretty old and there was not much that they could do for him. The jaw though healed very well.
And now the tiny one is about to move in with his new adoptive family pain free and happier than ever.
