Due to a sudden flood the city was abandoned, but there were abandoned dogs left behind tethered and up to their necks in flood waters.
This two wonderful souls, father and son among some other people stayed behind to save the puppies left behind when their families evacuated.
This two lucky had a boat with which they made several trips, saving as many dogs as they could. An in total they were able to save up to 40 dogs. They should be applauded for the amazing work they did.
