The dog was found by a photographer chained and left abandoned to die. It was truly heartbreaking. You could see his bones, he was suffering from mange, fleas, blood parasites and worms.
The photographer could not bare seeing that scene. He took several pictures of him and returned again the day after. Only this time he brought animal welfare representatives with him.
After reaching an acceptable deal with the owner they took the dog and went straigt to the vet clinic.
Instead of just reporting the owner to authorities, he took the manner to his own hands by taking care of the dog until he was fully recovered.
And when he will be fully recovered, he plans to find him a good family.
