It is very important for every member of the armed services to be well equipped in order to have a successful mission. Since dogs too are very valued and treasured for they good work, need to be equally well equipped as they fellow human colleagues.
For this reason a non-profit organization is gathering founds to bridge the gap between the funding of K9s equipment with the number of the needed ones.
K9s have proven how essential they are to among law enforcement and military. They are able to perform tasks that humans can not do. Due to their skills and help to the society, are becoming more and more loved and appreciated.
The mission of the foundation is to be able to protect every single dogs that is part of K9 as well as they work to protect us.
A member of law enforcement herself spoke out during an interview how important is to have the right equipment. It makes all the difference.
For the moment the foundation has granted ballistic grants for K9s , in-squad kennels, door pop and heat alarm systems. The foundation is accepting donation from organizations, public institutions as well as from concerned civil citizens.
The foundation hopes to assist as a bridge in minimizing the barriers for public agencies to acquire the needed equipment, K9s and their training in order to serve and keep helping the community.
