Do you guys remember Juniper the fox who was a famous fox on Instagram? Since the last time we posted about her, a few things have changed in her life. She is not living only with her mommy now, but she has got a friend. The friend she has is nothing like her, but they still get along pretty well. This article is like an ongoing series of the unusual friendships we have posted time after time. Yes Juniper has unusual friends, and her friend’s name is Moose. Moose is an Australian Shepherd who became the guardian angel of Juniper shortly after she was brought home. The following 10 pictures will prove you that unusual friends are the best friends sometimes because they understand you without never ever trying to be judgemental.
Here is the inseparable duo. Looks to me like these two fellas surely enjoy one another’s companionship.
Their mommy says that they do everything together. They eat together, they sleep together, and play together.
Their mommy also shared a little secret of Juniper with us. she says that Juniper acts like a little girl with a crush when she is around Moose.
“Juniper is in love with Moose and spends all day trying to get as much of his attention as possible,” – her mom, Jessika, told Bored Panda.
“I brought Juniper home when she was only five weeks old. Moose was raised around all kinds of animals so when she ran up to him tail wagging and crying they were instantly friends.”
Looks like these two understand each-other perfectly. Their faces look happy all the time, and that confirms that unusual friends maybe have the best of time.
But of course, nothing is all peaches and cream:
“Foxes put their butts on things they want to own or think is theirs. Moose gets sat on daily. I’ll often walk into the room and see Moose laying down with such a glum look on his face while Juniper is there just sitting in this head smiling.”
But when you have more than one pet, situations like that happen all the time. They can’t go on happy forever, time after time they have a little argue, and everything gets back to normal.
But the important thing is that they have one another. They do not get bored, stressed or depressed because of loneliness.
And for all you who are thinking of getting a fox, you better hear to what Juniper’s mother has to say:
““Foxes smell. Bad. Their urine and feces smell like skunk mixed with ammonia. There is no way to ‘de-scent’ a fox. Foxes are destructive, they will destroy things in your house. They also need taurine, or they can go blind, suffer from seizures, and even die…”
