He was found by a woman while she was running in the rural part of the city. She spotted him on the grass nearly dead from the malnourishment.
Lucky for him, she was kind enough to take him with and send him to the animals hospital. After the veterinarians made an examination on her, they said that she would definitely be dead by now if the woman would have not found her. They were very much afraid that there wasn’t much they could do for the poor thing, that probably it was to late.
