Dog lovers vs Dog parents. Some people tend to think that being a dog lover and being a dog parent is basically the same thing. Let me tell you that that is one big misunderstanding. It is not the same thing, and all of you who already have a dog know it. I am not saying that being a dog parent is necessary a bad thing, but it has it drawbacks at some point. Being a dog parent means having a lot of responsibilities because you have to take care of it the way you would take care of a baby basically. Think about it.
When your dog is a puppy, you have to bottle feed it every single day until it is capable of drinking milk on its own. You have to clean after their mess all the time because we all know what a dog can do to one’s apartment/house. Then once they grow a little bit, you have to take them for multiple walks on the daily basis. Sometimes they can get sick and you have to cancel all the plans you have to take them to the Vet. Other times you will not be able to get out of the house because you can’t leave them home alone, and that is how it goes basically.
In the following seven illustrations prepared by the illustrator Kelly Angel, you will see the differences between a dog lover and a dog owner. Enjoy, and if you think that this information is the raw truth, then do not hesitate to share this with all your friends and relatives.
