#2- Shepherds have muscular and slightly elongated bodies with a light but solid bone structure. For showing, the nose should be black and dark piercing eyes almond shaped. The ears are wide at the base, pointed upright and huge. You could hide radar in their ears! Their bushy tail reaches below the hock and hangs down when the dog is resting. Be very scared if a Shepherd is standing at alert and the tail is not moving.
Most shepherds come in black with tan, sable or all black, and some are all white. White German shepherds are considered the American White Shepherd.
