This act of cruelness took place the night of Halloween. The poor pup was thrown away from a moving car and left there to die on the side of the road.For his good luck, two women saw him and took him to the nearest police station rapped in a blanket.
After a the policeman that was on duty that night called the animal protection, they said that there was nothing they could do for the injured dog. If they would take him he would be put down. As it turned out that ended up being the pups lucky night.
