If you are having a bad day, there is a way to change that. You should go home, put on your Pj-s and have a lazy afternoon-evening, with your bestie, your pet. A lot of snuggles, and cuddles and hugs will release all the negative anergy, and you will feel better. Trust me it will work. you just have to keep your mind where you are, and pay as much attention to these glory moments.
