#5- Keep your dog clean with constant brushing. They only need a bath once in a while. They do shed so beware and keep them off your furniture (if you can). Train up a German shepherd when he is young, and he will serve you well for at least thirteen years. Take them for walks, give them company, and (sneakily) treat them as a member of your family. They can be very entertaining and yet they do need to be entertained, just like, well, a husband.
