We all know that New Year’s Eve party gets a little too out of control for most of us. Even though we promise not to drink as much as we did last year, we drink, and we drink a lot. What happens is that the hungover the next day is an absolute killer. As soon as you open the eyes in the morning you have a headache, the world keeps on spinning, and you are too thirsty.
